- TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE INCINERATOR
- General Description
The plant have to have four different sections that show three fundamentals of disturbance, home time and temperature retention. The controlled areas may include but not limited to:
- Overall plant layout
- Feed chamber/charging
- Primary combustion chamber
- Particulate scrubbers
- Acid gas
- The stack/chimney.
- Minimum capacity of primary chamber = 10cubic meters
- Burn rate (rate of waste incineration) = 10 kg per hour
- Should have a full width counterbalance loading door allowing easy access to the main chamber for loading and removing ash.
- The INCINERATOR should be NEMA approved in accordance with Environmental management and coordination (Waste management) Regulations of 2006.
- Scope Of Work
The task specified in the agreement will consist of.
- Supply, install and commission an incinerator as provided in the technical specifications
- Provision for adherence to OSHA and other statutory requirement relating to Health and Safety of workers during execution of the works covered in this
- Assessment and preparation and construction of a standard incinerator shed with one waste storage room ( see the design )
- Provision of operation and maintenance manuals and drawings complete with maintenance schedule and
- Fuel oil storage tank- Mild steel 1000 liters capacity
- Onsite training for operation and maintenance
IMPORTANT

- TECHICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF THE INCINERATOR
3.1 Feeding as well as Charging

- Particulate Removers
A mechanical particulate collector ought to be incorporated after secondary burning chamber for elimination of particulate contaminants entrained in the flue gas stream. The particle enthusiasts may include any of the following or a combination thereof:
