Five councils in south eastern Wales have made a collaboration to take care of black bag waste in an attempt to reduce rubbish going to landfill.
The government aim to blaze waste which can’t be recycled and convert it into power in a new task which is receiving a ₤ 4m annual give from the Welsh federal government.
